Ethics is defined as behaviour guided by moral principles and in business
today your principles are always under intense scrutiny. At Beech Tree we focus on
Business Ethics.
Your investors, customers, suppliers, employees and potential recruits all want to
be part of a successful enterprise, that is socially and ethically responsible and
all roads lead back to the senior leadership team and their personal ethical standards.
Senior
leaders must devote some time to reviewing and clarifying their own stance on business
ethics before issuing policies and challenging others’ behaviour.
