John’s Profile:
At Beech Tree we are passionate about educating business leaders as to how ethical
business strategies and good safety leadership produce outstanding business results;
through improved trust and higher levels of employee engagement.
I am experienced
in OD, HR, business ethics, leadership training and applying Human Factor’s techniques
within safety critical industries. This experience was gained first in the Royal
Air Force as an Education Officer and then at Rolls-Royce as a L&D executive in the
UK & USA. I led Rolls-Royce’s Global Code of Ethics training programme for 39,000
people.
While In the USA, I earned a Rolls-Royce Engineering Excellence Award for
improvements to our American leadership, and I was accredited as a US Senior Professional
in HR. Also I designed and led numerous leadership training and change management
programmes.
A Member of the UK’s Institute of Business Ethics, a Fellow of the RAeS and Fellow
of the CIPD, I founded Beech Tree Associates in 2010 to concentrate on Ethics Training,
and to help others with their approach to Business Ethics, Safety and Leadership
Development.
